ARK approached us to unite their property, housing, people and communities business under a single brand. We undertook a full strategic and creative design process to establish a new look and feel for the brand, and an associated visual language and tone of voice for the new company. Our research included confidential phone interviews with 11 key clients to capture their perceptions of ARK’s services and values.
Working with ARK’s leaders we created a ‘brand wheel’ to articulate the new company’s ethos, its approach to communication and a refreshed look and feel built around four key product areas. The result was a single new logo with an associated visual language and tone of voice guidance.
Our digital team also built a new ARK Consultancy website from scratch, which formed part of a coordinated launch campaign for customers, partners and staff. A range of roll-out material followed, including a new brochure, corporate stationery and sub brand for the ARK Academy.
In 2021, ARK seconded one of our senior consultants to provide interim while they recruited an in-house marketing specialist. This eight-month arrangement involved developing content for the company’s social media, blogs and website, plus product and service campaigns/launches and event management.
