3C is a leading independent technology and data consultancy, specialising in the UK’s social housing sector. The company’s products and services help housing providers to transform their business through digital technology, make better, data-driven decisions and get accurate insights to ensure compliance and plan with confidence.
The 3C team asked us to review and refine their marketing approach and materials to raise their profile and help them win new clients and contracts. We applied our tried and tested five-stage process, beginning with a workshop, telephone interviews and an online survey with colleagues and customers to tease out perceptions of 3C’s brand and personality.
We use the results from this discovery phase to develop a brand wheel and new positioning for the company, enabling it to define and articulate its offer more clearly across all media. Working with the in-house team, we produced a high-level marketing strategy, elevator pitch and messaging framework, plus content for the 3Cs website aligned to an update tone of voice.
With these elements agreed and in place, we created e-shot and social media templates, content for brochures and outlines for tenders, proposals and brochures.
