Sarah’s appointment brings to the team 40 years’ plus of working in healthcare and health and justice settings. As a qualified nurse, business development expert and strategic health leader, her experience of addressing health inequality and measuring social value, brings a new offer to clients.
Her appointment reflects our recent rebrand and desire – as a first-person change, culture and communications agency – to make change for social good. Aside from her role at Creative Bridge, Sarah also volunteers at a local prison and as a fundraiser and speaker with Compassion UK, a charity dedicated to releasing children from poverty.
Michelle Hallmark, managing director at Creative Bridge, said: “We had some incredible candidates for this important role, and I’d like to acknowledge their skills and time. Thank you.
“That on the day following her interview, Sarah and I were coincidentally both launching ourselves off different buildings in the name of charitable causes was a sign of a strong personal values fit. Her energy and passion for housing and health aligns closely with Creative Bridge’s mission, and it feels a great space to be able to offer clients a rounded health understanding, as well as exceptional project management, service and impact evaluation and communications.
“It’s a joy to curate a team who have such different backgrounds and skills, but a shared aim of making measurable change for social good.”
Sarah added: “I’ve been a huge fan of Creative Bridge for years, so I’m over the moon to join Michelle and the team. It’s clear that our values and beliefs are a perfect match, and I can’t wait to be part of such an amazing culture. I’m ready to dive in, meet everyone, and help us bring our unique perspective to even more clients.”
